I initially listed my house for sale with another realty company, who in one year of being listed, brought me only about six showings and finally, one offer; which eventually was negotiated into a contract, only to fall apart about a week prior to closing (very disappointing). This offer also fell apart from buyer not being able to secure a loan; however, in a about a week afterwards, Brenda got me another offer. This final offer eventually did go to closing. From my experiences, if you want your house sold, turn it over to Brenda Hunter and relax; Brenda will get the job done and in your best interest. She was very patience with my elderly parents when answering their many questions. The home sold for a fair price.
